From 1999 to 2004 Paul worked as a Residence Hall Director at the University of New Hampshire. Paul has spent thousands of hours working developmentally with college students, and he appreciates the issues that student affairs professionals face in their work with students today. Paul has developed several workshops and lectures for college audiences that help them find their inner strength and get the most from their college years.
